At Plant Trappin Apothecary, every order is handcrafted with care and shipped with love. We’re a small-batch business, so your goodies are fresh, intentional, and worth the wait.

 

 How long does shipping take?

    •    Processing time: 3–5 business days

    •    Shipping time: 3-7 business days via USPS

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number in your email.

 


 Where do you ship?


Currently, we ship throughout the United States.

Looking for international shipping? Reach out—we’re working on it!

 


My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it.


Sometimes USPS scans early. Please wait 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.

  Can I return or exchange?


Return & Refund Policy


At Plant Trappin Apothecary, each product is handmade in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Because our items are personal care products, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

 

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been shipped.

 

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Order Changes or Cancellations


Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

Our products are made with oils, butters, botanicals, essential oils, and fragrance oils. Please review the ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.

Shipping Responsibility



Plant Trappin Apothecary is not responsible for:


  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
